The second law of Kepler "each planet revolves around the sun in a way
that the line connecting planet with sun, will make equal areas within
equal times"; In another words, when there is an elliptical orbit
around a core and the core is located on one of the focus of the
ellipse (the first low of Kepler), the speed of the mass moving along
the orbit is:" the closer the mass gets to the core, the faster it
moves and the farther it gets from the core, the slower it moves along
the orbit ".
