Galaxy M32 is receding from Andromeda M31 so not all dwarf galaxies are
being pulled in gravitationally.
If the dwarf galaxy is pulled and not repelled the magnetic repulsion of the
main galaxy is temporarily decreasing, or the energy production of the dwarf
galaxy around its central black hole is busted.
If one takes a survey of all "colliding" galaxies, statistically more
galaxies should be receding than pulled together.
