If it has enouph air in it it shure will.
Its not the steam doing the cooking its the mole pressure getting hot
when compressed.

The doble is cheeper then a compressor.

logs are full of gasses that get hot when compressed is what cooks the
log real quick.

v8 engine mechanical pulp refactor 70 ton 10 hour.
doble boiler 70 ton in 10 minutes.

70 ton of log limp as wet paper in 3 minutes when slammed with 1000 psi
and held at that 650 deg F for 3 minutes.
You can blow air threw end to end of a log.
You can blow air thew a pine 2x4 end to end try it. Up to lips and blow
..
deep inside the log it will get hot as quick as the outside .

The chippng stage was eliminated all together and the grinding stage
too.
The wood will blast its self to bits and swell up when the psi is let
off.
It will be 650 deg F get rammed out a screens ad into a mixer and boil
the water in the mixer with the hot wood.
It fluffs the charmin.
The steam in the log cooks it good .
letting the pressure out makes it expand and blow up in places.
Then the ram slamed by the steam out the cooker pushes the hydrolic
fluid down that pushed the ram piston and rammed it past the screen
grates .
This screen turns like a cheese grader or a peper grinder and the wood
is soft as wet paper.

I put evrything on a ship to harvest and load for 2 loads.
I get logs on the boat cheeper .
they go down hill inthe water and float wile we load.
I load for 8 bucks ton with 10 million in 5 harvesters.
1 harvester works 4 cranes to death.
it cuts the log off strips the branches and cuts the other end off to
length real quick about 5 seconds next log .
set the log between 2 rails and it slides to the sea.
crew makes 100,000 year 2 months and they have a blast . They run the
mill 4 months and have 6 months off.
each of the 5 crews do 2 loads and all come run th mil . 10 per crew.
50 in the mill all been there 15 years.
they all have $ 300,000 homes .
No one tells them ***.
we set up a saw mil on the side and they all use it for personal
projects like barns .

The main saw mill is automated robotic positioning giant tablesaw. 80
inch blade .
we biult giant bandsaws .
I can slab out any giant where it is.
knock the bark off by hand hammers and set rails up and 35 hp 4 inch
band .
