about 7 years ago i spent a winter up at the islands ,,a solid 2 months
on dry land and bought evry house that could see me from shore.
The realer rents them out by the week but Ill let you have one for 100
bucks a month .
the best one ,,on the waterfront .
Ill never see it again anyway .
ill let my kids sell them some day.
good place to stash money anyway.
They went up sharp in 7 years.

rent on one 100,000 house is 1500 week .

4 millon buck house on the island is worth 15 mil now but I sold the
island to the club.
they dont want me to sell the houses .
