The G7 nations are
Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United
States of America

And the G8 includes Russia. And you can see about inviting them in
when they can afford it, and if you think it would be appropriate to

It is the wealthy nations.

They each have their own military.

It is not the UN, the UN disarmed Iraq so they could be invaded when
helpless.
They are finished in politics and are now a social institution for the
distribution of charity.

SO then how will they divy up the spoils and manage this migrant
worker business these new Vikings.

Well they have an organization already, and they can do what they
think is necessary to make it work, but competition is what makes
things work well. So those who can get projects under way, and who can
find and supply labor for those projects, those who secure funding for
the projects, those are who will be doing it.

And the militaries themselves also have to cooperate with each other,
to move people around and to maybe even supply labor within their
country for a project. So you want the rules to be at least close, so
you can just transfer people and work things out financially.
And Russia can be a part of it as well. To the degree they can afford
to secure funding and get projects under way.

And there is no reason, not to supply the railroad in China with
migrant workers if they want them and if it is cheaper to do that.

Or any country that is economically feasible to do.

So we will see a shift in economics from charity, to managing labor
with regards to the IMF and World Bank as well.

When they invest into project, they will look at ways of utilizing
labor, so that the countries they would ordinarily be giving
forgivable loans to, can send workers and work for a living.

It is a more equal system, to allow others to work, rather than to
just sink them into debt as has been the case.

But the G7 or G8 those are the Vikings, they are economically driven,
have the powerful militaries, and ar ein a position to assist the
poorer countries, by helping them get their labor forces employed.

And if a poor country is starving, or has too many able bodied men,
unemployed creating social unrest in a country, then it is a pressure
release valve that can prevent civil crisis and conflict as well.

And it is none of our business how much or how little you pay them, as
long as it is very very cheap, and they are given decent working
conditions.
What seems like a small sum to us, may be a fortune to them at home.
And along the way, we will preach to them about population control,
and promote health, and provide whatever assistance we can to help
them manage their problems as we have done in the past.
But it is not charity, it is work. Just like we right now are doing
those jobs ourselves.
We are in a position now, to let other people do them.
And that in itself is charity, but its not going to be easy, because
now we have to adjust our own social class structure up a notch, as
seamlessly as possible, without people crying hey, those migrant
workers are stealing our jobs.
Well you wouldn't do it, for what they will do it for. So get some
training. Become a pointer not a digger.

And so in Canada, we will want to build a high speed rail service from
coast to coast, fix up our old line in parallel and fix up the one
highway we have, the number 1 highway which runs alongside the tracks
at present.

And then branch out and hit both of our two cities and do some work
projects along the way across, maybe even starting at places all along
and joining up sections. (Well maybe we have 5 cities, and some
villages that could use some wood chopped)

So we are in debt 171,000 as opposed to your 500,000 but they are
bs'ing us, because in 1999 we owed 3.6 trillion and that was 117,000
per household. Now we only owe 2.5 trillion.

So we are in a good position to get some work done!

(whispering truth is, we need that badly), because our cost of labor
is killing us, on all levels, as we with a smaller population base,
try to find some way, for a laborer, to have all the comforts of any
business man, and that just can't be done.
So our cities and towns, and federally, we are really having trouble
with our tax rate, because of the high cost of labor.

And we have so much in the way of resources, and have a lot of ways we
can put labor to work, to make a profit.

So look no further, Canada can help with this program a lot, because
you can get things out of the ground, with manpower, and you can do
farm work, and you can do all sorts of things in this barren wasteland
up here that you can turn into money with labor.

We have an excellent growing season, and we have natural resources,
and we have room for more dams or highway projects, or railway lines,
or pipelines even for fresh water transportation down south, whatever
it is, you can do to make it work, it will help all of us involved.

And for every bunch of labor jobs you create, you create skilled jobs
as well as part of any project.
