Sam goes past the lamp near c to race a photon.
He passes the lamp at c WHEN a photon left the lamp beside him .
The photon went past same at c .
Its still going c from the lamp beside sam.
TIME is self controles the speed of light.
The photon passed sam at c at the same time it is going c beside sam.
TIME has overlapped Time.
between sam and the lamp.
