Sounds like voyeurism to me.

As a matter of fact, one of our federal transportation officials,
a middle-aged female, agreed to demonstrate the technology,
so some of the press coverage contained a rather explicit
photo.

The fact that screeners are going to, in effect, see you naked
is probably holding up acceptance of this technology.
