What do you mean by "culture"?
He means the way concepts are phrased, unusual terminology, favorite
(or least favorite topics) - that sort of thing.
Perhaps you could enlighten me as to "the way concepts are phrased" for
PRL.
If your paper covers work that was already done by someone else 30
years ago, it won't get published.
Someday, please remind me to try to publish work that was done thirty
years ago. ?:(~
