I don't know what to say to the question of space not containing non-
zero permittivity and permeability values. So says the NIST and every
other scientific body. Why do you think that is not so?

The trouble with forums like this is you never know if somebody just
doesn't know science or they have some alternate interesting theory.
Do you have some reason for disputing why empty space possesses
permittivity and permeability?

The deal is that if empty space does have the ability to develop
electric and magnetic fields which is what permittivity and
permeability are all about, then what does that mean?

Doesn't that gives us a very strong clue as to what electricity and
