Can Quantum Gravity Bring Back JFK or Resurrect the Dead?

General Relativity gives us possibility of time travel. Quantum
General
Relativity may make that close to reality.
Is it possible to go back in time and just acquire the memories of
say JFK and upload it to a newly formatted brain of another person
like
a person who is on dead row?
Also where are the memories in our brain stored? How or what would
it take to completely erase (equivalent to formatting a hard disc) a
person brain? Is it possible?
How about downloading memories from a person brain. Is it possible?
How approach can it be theoretically made to occur either from
present or future technology?
Apply some quantum gravity to the two and perhaps we can
make possible the resurrection of the dead??
Given enough technology. I think we can become Gods and
resurrect the dead. What if in the future the technology falls
into the hands of Christians. Then they can resurrect fellow
Christians down the ages.
"Behold, I shew you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but
we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an
eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and
the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be
changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption,
and this mortal must put on immortality
(I Corinthians 15:50-53)."
