For physics minded starter ghost hunters,

Here are some basics.

98% of humans after dead is really dead. Only the Elite 2% can still
think
independently after dead, these are the spiritually developed folks
like saints who can somehow create a pseudo-ethereal
brain-like submanifold in the spacetime continuum. So most of the
time
ghosts are possessed by pure astral (quantum) entities so the
grandfather
whom you thought is talking to you is not really your grandfather but
entities
who read the memories in the spacetime manifold.

Also wave function is not just mathematical tool like what
the Copenhangen says but close to Bohmian but not exactly
Bohmian, Cutting edge quantum gravity/spacetime discoveries
in the future would give us the exact mechanism for it all.
