7. If a person dies so suddenly that they don't know they are dead
they may hang around where they died because they can't figure out how
to get out of there. That is a Ghost.

Only applies to Dumb Dead People.

8. If a person is killed under extremely emotional circumstances or
where they have a very strong WILL to fight against death, again the
strong emotion binds them to the place of the violence and they become
"ghosts" that "haunt" it.

Who told you this ? you channeling somebody? you may be channening the
Devil.
