Sue I'll snswer your question by saying the speed of the charge
foresortens the space to zero since its speed is that of light. All
things foreshorten space even stuff going slow(but not measureable)
Electricity or lets say electrons moving at 99.999999999 of 'c' will
make space 70,000 times shorter in the direction it is moving. Virtual
photons that are the structure of a magnetic field forehorten space the
same as light photons. 186,242 mps takes away all space. Should a
space ship reach this light speed it would be every where at once
because there is no space in front of it. Tricky thinking,but reality
