The concept of physicality and the concepts of physics in general are
certainly semiotic creations of the human mind; but whether or not the
concepts of physics actually apply to the external world is not
determined by the human mind but by the external world itself. For
example, it's Nature and its laws that give an electron its charge and
not the physicists.
