How to fix New York

I saw in the news recently,
that there are several thousand pedacabs in New York.
It seems to me that if all cars were banned from Manhattan,
and fast, modern, trolleys
ran down Broadway and Park Avenue
every two or three minutes,
and tens of thousands of pedacabs
transported folks from the subways and trolleys
to their destinations,
that there would be less pollution,
no traffic jams, less waste of oil,
no wasted spaces for parking cars,
and of course, folks in general would be more healthy.
