A lot of cities have created car-free areas, or allow only busses and
taxis in the center of town.
What's the point of a cycle-taxi? Wouldn't those be slower than cars
and still occupy the same space on the road as a compact car? Also
more uncomfortable for the passengers.
Electric vehicles are well suited to that kind of role, if there are
facilities for charging.
