Nonsense, why would you assume it did?

Just ask yourself what you'd see if light was a little faster
or little slower. The galaxy (M106) rotates.

i see this all the time on USENET, Some idiot will post some
ridiculous item, and a hundred other idiots will follow up on it...

But i'm bored, so i'll bite.

i don't know what you think you're looking at, but if anything, it's
Red/Blue Shift, which has to do with Frequency changes...

But i don't think it's even that, since the leading and trailing edges
of the interiour galaxy are both red, and the leading and trailing
edges of the saddle shaped galaxy are both blue, it doesn't have
anything to do with rotation.

Why is one red and one blue...
My first guess would be that someone as NASA hand coloured them so
that the lay viewer could tell the difference between the two
galaxies...???
