The idea of the Universe being "guided" by Knowledge/Semantic
Information should be compared to Eduardo D. Sontag's "Adaptation
implies internal model," arXiv: math.OC/0203228 v1 21 Mar 2002, 9 ot
10 pages. Sontag is at Rutgers U. in New Jersey USA. Sontag doesn't
explicitly refer to the Universe, but the scenarios seem quite
generalizable.
I'll let Readers look at that before (hopefully) discussing it
further.
