for example with B(t) = kt (k positive constant) and A(t) = 0 =
C(t).
The suggestion is that the Universe "modulated" the infinite distance
(and possibly infinite velocity) scenario via the Riccati Differential
Equation during Inflation. It may well have "changed equations"
later, or "zeroed out" its previous equation later via a more general
equation with phase constants or even phase variables.
