You're right.
I meant kilobytes.

As you seem to know,
sometimes it is difficult to access certain
web sites from China, usually porno sites,

and for some reason, sometimes,
Google and WikiPedia are sometimes blocked.

Most computer literate folks in China
know how to navigate around these blocks,
so they serve more to keep young folks
from accessing trash, rather than keeping
the masses from knowing what is going on in the world.

The question is,
what is best for society,
to have the people's representatives
try to filter out information that
wastes the time, energy, and money of young folks,
degenerates and trashes the culture, and creates divisions and conflict in society,

or is it best to allow people who control the mass media
who are motivated by money, power, race and religion,
pollute the minds of young folks,
and intimidate and control the people's representative
under the guise of "free speech" and democracy?

I suggest that a mosaic culture is preferable to a homogenized mass.

There are 55 minority groups living in China,
such as Moslems, Manchurians, Mongolians, Tibetans, etc.

They are getting along very well,
and enjoying the diversity.

It does not take a system engineer
to comprehend that the "free speech" and "democracy"
hyped by the mass media, and politicians
controlled or intimidated by the mass media,
is a race/religion motivated, destructive scam,
designed not to make life better for the masses,
but to create discord and conflict,
so that a few can profit from it.

And the whole idea of "free speech" is a joke.
In many nations you can be put in jail
for questioning the "Holocaust",
and in Russia a person claimed to be anti-Semitic
could be executed.

"Democracy" and "free speech" are Jewish words for "Divide and conquer.", just as Communism was in the 1900's, and racism was during the 1960's.
