Park somewhere and study the pattern more carefully.

I believe you will find that the 'beams' actually are converging on
the pivot point for your driver's side windshield (windscreen)
wiper.

Then get out of your car and clean your windshield and your wipers.

If this doesn't work then clean the inside of your windshield.
