You imagine that you speak for everyone in Sci.Pnysics... Wrong !
Your life would be a thousand times better
if you did ( at least ) one of these two things:
A. Stop being so " idle minded ".
B. Stop imagining that anyone gives " a rat's ass " about you.
P.S., not that it matters to me ( I seldom use Google Groups ),
I made yet another request to Google Groups, to wit:
" How hard could it be for Google Groups ( Usenet )
to expose a link to the parent post ?
( The parent post is the post that's being replied to )
This link ( i.e. the server-agnostic Message-ID )
is already in the " References " field,
in the header of each and every post.
This simple ( easy-to-do ) fix
would prevent mountains of spam ( i.e. over quoting ).
When using Google Groups to browse the time-sorted list of posts,
it's not obvious who is replying to whom.
Take this post ( for example ):
'news:Jeff_Relf_2008_Mar_14__2_34_Aj@xxxxxxxxx' "
The message ( above ) was also " submitted "
via Google Groups' " Contact Us " form.
Jeff you should stop posting while you have your dignity or whats left
of it, if anyone here is pompous its you for thinking that anyone on
this forum gives a flying *** what you think... so go away and stop
wasting peoples time...
Cheers
.
