Don't understand it look it up....
Oops my mistake the rule I am thinking of is rule 150 which is
predictable via gegenbauer functions...
In terms of predictable vs unpredictable when it comes to CA read the
book....
And get over yourself you can't predict anything with your ideas...
nor do you get the point of NKS....
