Let's assume that someone did discover an unknown in physics. 101% or even[snip rest of whiny crap]
100.0001 % would mean that you have left over energy. If that were the case
then you would have a self destructive machine unless the extra energy was
used up, no?

2) Noether's theorem.
3) First Law of Thermodynamics: You cannot win.
