Yea, it's almost as bad as Flux Capacitor. ;o)

Wasn't that phrase invented by a guy snorting white powder off a
DeLorean?

Yep, I suspect there is a cap under there storing a charge the first
few times he spins it. Or... That hum in the background is coming
from under the table. ;o) Inductance..... It could have fooled me if
it didn't accelerate a second time.

I particularly enjoyed the matter of fact, ever bored, manner in
which he delivers his fraud, and the authentic sounding, but bogus,
jargon he invented - OCMPMM, rotating stator magnets and especially
magneto- kinetic Judson dampers. The latter is practically a direct
rip-off from Star Trek Voyager, and I why should a perpetual motion
machine need "dampers" of any sort. The oxymoronic "rotating
stators" really is the piece-de-resistance. ?;)

This con is a true work of art. Everybody hurry out and rent the
movies "Matchstick Men" and "Leap of Faith."

| It's a cute fake. I suspect a simple motor and battery
| somewhere under that wheel. It is also possible he's
| picking up energy from what is effectively a transformer
| coil from somewhere.
|
| It would be far more credible with a transparent main wheel.

Not even that; a hearing aid or watch battery, a coil, an
oscillator and a bar magnet, inside the peripheral small wheel.
Note the requirement to having a running start.
