Debye Diffusion Constant and Einstein Relation

I'm trying to find the Diffusion constant of holes and electrons for a
particular problem using Einstein Relation, D = drift
mobility*boltzmann constant*Temperature/charge. However, I know that
my drift mobility has a unit of cm^2/V/s, Boltzmann constant eV/K, and
temperature K. My question: is V in drift mobility equivalent to eV in
Boltzmann constant, and what's the correct Debye Diffusion length unit
supposed to look like? Thanks.
