Is there any logic to trhe plane that our solar system lies in? Are
all the planets alligned to this plane? (like a disk). Is our Galaxy
aligned in the same plane?

If it were true that the speed of light is added to the speed of the
source I'd expect to see some points of light that emit constantly
appear to be varying in brightness.
Oh wait... that's what we see.
If it were not true then we'd need lots of different crackpot theories,
one for each star that varied.

Do you see the effect in space though or is this just an artifact of
our atmosphere?
