AS EXPRESSED BY THE MODIFIED FIRST LAW OF
THERMODYNAMICS WHICH DEFINES ORBITAL MOTION.
KINETIC ENERGY + POTENTIAL ENERGY = A CONSTANT
m ( 2 PI L )^2 / T ^2 + G (M-m) m / L = A CONSTANT.
