"Made an effort"???!!!! Come on Tom. You read the first page, got
turned off and quit! But like all the "debunkers" out there, not
reading a work didn't mean you couldn't have an opinion on it! But
hey, I give you much credit for the fact that when called on it you
apologized and vowed to actually READ the works before commenting on
them. GOOD FOR YOU! This is FAR more than any "debunker" ever does!
They usually just stand there screaming that the stuff they haven't
read is patent nonsense!

Personally I found the works confusing enough that my comments also
had to be rather general as well, but as I stated, I did find a number
of things that resonated with my own ideas and I too have vowed to
take a closer look. I really think Heger is looking in the right
direction. I've always said that if you want to advance science, you
don't study all the things that work well, but rather start looking at
all the things that are mysteries or don't work as advertised! A+ for
Heger.

Get the facts before you spout off "Benj".

As can be seen, "Thomas Heger" took my advice and removed the emotional pap involving God and Einstein,
and as can be seen, by my follow up post where I stated in response to his post,
"Thanks for your rational, mature comment on
my perhaps unfounded criticism of your "Presentation".
I will go back and read past page one,
and try to comprehend it."

I acknowledged that my criticism of his paper was "perhaps unfounded", and that I would go back and read the paper, as he seemed to be rational, intelligent and sincere, and not kissing up to cults nor parroting conventional wisdom.

I did go back and I am working my way through the paper, and as you have noted, the work seems to be very good, but complex,
and it will take a lot of time to read and comprehend how this model is superior to other models, and how useful it is in the real world.

As I see it, "Thomas Heger" paper is strong enough to stand on its' own merits, and he doesn't need to cater to cults, and give lip service to God, Country, Einstein, etc.
