Rotational Mechanics
A car is driving on a circular race track with a diameter of 1 mile
and has a contant acceleration of 4,61 ft/s². The magnitude an
direction of the acceleration vector of the car 15 seconds after
starting is asked.
The book gives as answer 4,95 ft/s² and 57°
According to my calculation this has to be 4,95 ft/s² but 68°.
Can some-one help me out ?
