Short & to the point,
LeSage theory correctly accounts for,
1. The Pioneer drag (Drag = kv, Where k is the LeSagian momentum flux divided by the mean propagation speed
of the LeSagian particles ~ 7.1E-14 sec-1, and v = net speed in m/sec)
2. Net Thermal Planetary Emissions (Thermal Flux [Watts/m^2] = KM/r Where K is the LeSagian induction constant
~2.4E-19 m/sec^3, M is the mass of the body, r is the effective radius)
3. Titus-Bodes's Law See:

4. The observed Galactic Rotation Profile See: http://arxiv.org/abs/astro-ph/0411292
For which GR does not either predict, or matches, observation of these.
For those that have been around long enough, they know that I predicted that the LeSage's model would correctly account for both #3
& #4. I also correctly (within 10%) predicted the net thermal emisson of Neptune before it was accurately measured by Voyager using
the thermal equation above.
Hmmm, what does Ockham's Razor tell us?
