Force from punch

If I from a solid stance can push to a wall with my fist with a
"weight" og 42kg and I know from other measurements that I can move my
fist, when performing a punch, with 9.5m/s, what does this tell me?
Can I compare a punch to 42 kg moving at 9.5m/s or are theese values
incomparable?
If we have a solid object moving with 9.5m/s and in its front end it
has a "fist" mounted with a constant strength spring which can push
back with some 42 kg, that would be the same... but...
I am a little confused about the velocity. If my arm can only push
with 42 kg, then what exactly does it do to the forve on the target
that the fist moved with 95m/s?
.
