A question on relativity.

Although electrons can act as waves it is not wrong to think of them
as tiny balls of matter. Let us think of them that way. Since
electrons are moving very fast the size of the electron that we can
observe (although as far as I know we cannot see the electron) is
smaller than its actual size (its size when it is not moving from our
perspective). So if we make electron stop moving its size will become
larger?
