OPTIMISM CAN BE A VERY DANGEROUS THING.
Every two years, voters hope that the latest batch of politicians who
get sent to Washington will finally change things for the better. Two
years ago, enough Democrats were voted into office to finally control
both houses of Congress. The primary motive of many for electing
those Democrats was to end the insane Iraq War. But that war’s end is
nowhere in sight…
I’m old enough, and have a good enough memory, to realize that those
who promise to “change things”, if elected, consistently don’t do so.
Yet, the misguided optimism of Americans causes them to believe
political promises: “If you voters will just elect so-and-so to public
office, everything will magically be OK.” But It just doesn’t happen.
John McCain talks about how he’s against lobbyists, and against
earmarks. But aren’t most lobbyists representing selfish business
interests of one kind or another? And aren’t most businesses being
run by Republicans? The ‘profit motive’ is what built this country;
you can’t fault that. But now, that same motive for profit has made
it OK for big businesses to wrangle and lever the necessary control of
our governments to assure that the decisions which get made will favor
businesses—rather than favoring the disparate Citizens of this once
great country of ours.
I’m a pragmatist. When our governments keep screwing up this country,
year after year, I realized that those politicians aren’t self-
correcting the huge problems. John McCain says that lobbyists are a
problem. Then, why hasn’t Congress—in a single day—simply voted to
outlaw lobbying? My New Constitution will make lobbying—any lobbying—
a crime! The mired processes of government, primarily laid at the
feet of the US Senate, won’t allow positive things to be done.
Congress is this long-on-ceremony, but short-on-results bunch of
egotistical jerks. The few “good” guys who get elected will
eventually become jerks, too, if they stay in office long enough. And
our party-dominated political system virtually assures that incumbents
will be re elected. That assurance is especially true for senators.
Senators have a higher level of “seeming” importance. And because of
their growing seniority, the voters back home see little advantage in
kicking those rascals out. That’s why senators like Robert Byrd can
keep 'fiddling' himself back into office. My New Constitution will
kick out ALL of the rascal senators. So, there is no unfairness
there!
A large percentage of voters in this country are too busy to ponder
“the causes” of the mess that we find ourselves in. All they know is
that every two years, a new batch of political hopefuls comes along.
Barack Obama is one of those. His level-pitched, testosterone-driven,
tone of voice has ‘hooked’ enough voters that he will fight, and win,
for them—that he has apparently “locked up” the Democratic nomination
for President. That 85% discontent of Americans with the direction
their country is heading, could be the unifying force that allows the
problems, so rampant in America, to actually be corrected. Our
governments won’t and can’t correct those problems. But the American
People can do so, and in a single day, simply by ratifying my New
Constitution!
Barack Obama has used his masculine tone of voice to snow many would-
have-been-discontented voters. Obama has duped them into believing
that he alone can make this country… well again. If the staid
Democratic Party leaders want Obama to be the candidate, why shouldn’t
the naïve voters go along?
Hillary Clinton has gotten most of the older voters to back her. Of
course there are ‘issues’ that older people have. But with age,
doesn’t wisdom increase? If that’s so, then the wisest voters have
backed Clinton. Ipso facto, the less wise voters must be backing
Obama…
I’ve decried the fact that huge numbers of voters—mostly Obama
supporters—rally behind him… simply because so many in the media have
kept saying that he will win. Essentially, Obama got off to a
surprising early lead. And before Clinton’s forces could rally, Obama
had enough “he’ll win” pundits to keep selling his ultimate victory.
How much ‘character’ do sports fans have who always choose the most
likely winner? The ‘thrill of winning’ is so great that many horse
race fans always bet on “the favorite”. That way, they get to jump-up-
and-down more often than if they bet on the long shots. Even though
the money being won is small, the ego boost is high.
Tuesday night, when Obama got beyond the ‘magic number’ of delegates,
a TV station in my former city of residence, Charlotte, NC, went to
Jillian’s Restaurant and Sports Bar. There, those watching the walls
full of TVs started jumping up and down as if their horse had just
won… the Kentucky Derby. Little did those people realize that their
‘optimism’ for Obama could, effectively, be killing any chance that
the problems with our government will ever be corrected. Obama, and
the Democratic Party (or “Puahtee”, as Donna Brazile pronounces it)
don’t care very much about having a FAIR and pro democracy
government. They—and the corrupt national media—have trounced on
Clinton at every opportunity, simply because she had the audacity to
be the most qualified candidate!
Where I come from, when the country is in dire straits, send in the
most qualified people to address the problem. If your basement is
flooding from a busted pipe, do you call someone who has ZERO
experience to fix it? That’s exactly what about 30% of the American
people are wanting to do: send in Obama to fix our country, drowning
from leaks caused by old piping that’s long beyond simply being
patched. When plumbing, i.e., the processes of government, is really
bad, the only plausible solution is to rip out the old piping, and put
in a better-designed and more durable system. In the most simple
terms, that is what my New Constitution would be.
I will never be peddling my nation-saving document to Barack Obama,
nor to John McCain. Those men have too many corrupt influences
pulling their strings. I would be willing to have Hillary Clinton be
one of my intermediaries with the American people. But it’s being
hinted that she is about to bed-down with the enemy… If that happens,
it will underscore how unimportant principles and justice are in the
cultures of Washington. For elected officials, the most important
thing is being on the… winning side. Then, they can be jubilant
looking down on the 50% or so who are losers. But the 50% losers due
to government screw-ups happen to be deserving Americans—like you or
me. A government that has political parties as intermediaries with
the people can never do what is right for all, or most Americans, at
the same time. But my New Constitution will BAN political parties!
So, decisions can begin to be made that are optimum for most
Americans.
As she has for so long been urged to do, Clinton may try to “unify”
the Democratic Party by throwing her support behind Obama. But she
doesn’t speak for her supporters! Polls show that over 2/3rds of
those will NEVER vote for Obama. Clinton has the ‘small town’ votes
of working class men and women. And Obama has no hope of winning in
November without those key votes!
In this final day before her “concession and etc.” to Obama, Clinton
should consider whether she wants to, effectively, close-the-door on
correcting the problems in Washington with a long overdue New
Constitution. She must consider whether she wishes to lock in the
same-old, same-old… good-things-will-happen-AFTER-the-next-election
optimism—that would likely sealing the not-so-rosy fate of the USA.
Whether we succumb to terrorists attacks, or to the Armageddon of
nuclear war, failing to act appropriately—when a workable solution is
at hand—is the most grievous failure of all.
As I’ve said more than once, Barack Obama is the single greatest
threat to the survival of the USA, and perhaps to the survival of the
entire world. But if we will just reject him, and STOP our group-
again-group, party-against-party, and class-against-class fights,
those attitudes of fairness—that ONLY a functioning DEMOCRACY can
assure—will give this country hope. Unless we improve our image in
third-world countries, and others, the clock-to-our-doom will continue
to tick.
I too have optimism. Why else would I have spent twelve years writing
a New Constitution. Last Tuesday night Hillary Clinton smiled when
she exclaimed: “This is an important day for democracy!” Americans
everywhere, hope and pray that DEMOCRACY can get established, once and
for all, in this country. Right now, that responsibility is resting
on the shoulders of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Over the past twelve years, I have written a New Constitution for this
country. The ‘really good stuff’ is retained, including the right to
keep and bear arms. My purpose in writing a New Constitution? I wish
to make government be our SERVANT rather than our dictator. To
accomplish that one thing will require holding principles of DEMOCRACY
supreme.
In national contests the present system of State apportioned electors,
as well as state apportioned convention delegates, just won’t cut it—
when our present technology will allow holding elections on one day
and counting those POPULAR VOTES the same day! State populations
shall NEVER be allowed to determine the “weight” of any American’s
vote! The POWER of the votes is in their totals, NOT from which state
they happened to come from. When Puerto Rico becomes our 51st state,
the weight of their votes will be the equal, too!
My New Constitution will assure that our governments, businesses, and
disparate groups value the common interests of us all, above selfish
group interests. To assure that democracy is supreme, there will
never again be political parties wedged between the people and the
governments that the people will now control! Never again will the US
Supreme Court decide controversial issues contrary to the macro will
of the people. And never again will there a US Senate which, from its
inception, has so compromised democracy, and brought the USA to the
brink of disaster…
The negative assessment of many nations and peoples toward the USA can
only be appeased… if we will CLEAN UP OUR OWN ACT HERE AT HOME! We
need not fear terrorism, IF we will start acting FAIRLY in our
dealings with our own citizens, as well as in our dealings with other
nations and groups. Burgeoning technology should be directed toward
neutralizing the resource and economic inequities that cause other
nations and peoples to hate capitalism, and to hate the USA.
There need not be a revolution to cause these positive changes to come
about. My New Constitution is polished and poised to be ratified in
one day in November of 2010. But a “gets the big picture” President,
like Hillary Clinton, needs to be in office. Every word that I have
written in the New Constitution should optimize the business, social
and economic condition of the vast majority of Americans—and to do so
FAIRLY via DEMOCRACY. So, when Hillary Clinton said, “this is an
important day for democracy,” she was right! The POPULAR VOTE and
DEMOCRACY fit like glove to hand.
Join me in urging Hillary Clinton to DISTANCE herself from Barack
Obama. If she can change delegates’ minds between now and August,
that would be wonderful. But if not, Clinton already HAS the votes to
win against that retard McCain, and that Johnny-Come-Lately, Obama.
With these important goals before us, Hillary Clinton supporters: stay
the course!

A NEW CONSTITUTION IS THE “CHANGE” THAT AMERICA NEEDS!
Yesterday, Barack Obama made one of his most impassioned speeches. He
was in Mitchell, SD, and he spoke in front of the world famous Corn
Palace. I’ve visited the Corn Palace, myself. I’ve also visited
Mount Rushmore. Because of highway construction, my arrival at Mount
Rushmore was delayed until dusk. But I got to take a time-exposure
photograph of the four Presidents—lit by LIGHTNING strikes! The photo
is blue, and it is gorgeous!
I admire the independence of the people in South Dakota. I certainly
admire those same qualities in the citizens of Montana—and throughout
America. From remote perspectives, it would be far better if the
decisions made in Washington would just maintain the stability we all
want. But,toooften, bad laws and bad policies reach across the
miles to adversely affect us… wherever we live. Why can’t government
stop screwing things up?
Obama’s speech in Mitchell, SD, began with his oft-repeated
explanation of “why” he entered the presidential race at such a young
age. He continues to deny that he is selfishly motivated. Instead,
he talks like a man “chosen”—who’s the only one who cares about the
people. Seemly, if you will just elect Obama, he will go to
Washington and kick ***. But that ‘fighting attitude’ will doom his
chances. That’s because Congress, like Obama, is composed of mostly
egotistical and headstrong individuals who themselves went to
Washington to change things, but couldn’t. And they won’t let Obama
change things, either.
Obama regularly talks about how he hasn’t accepted any… PAC money. He
wrongly implies that there will be no one ‘pulling his strings’. But
with each new endorsement he received, Obama reveled. Perhaps he was
unaware that he was being bought. Obama often bragged that his
contributors have been mostly the low dollar givers. 90 plus percent
of Blacks are voting for Obama—“Come Hell or High Water!”… So, isn’t
it obvious that Obama has already been bought by that same voting
block, and others, to make decisions favorable to… them?
Obama got pushed into office as the Manchurian Candidate of the
Democratic Party leadership. Screaming Howard Dean knows that he,
himself, will never be President. But if a ‘weak’ (on experience)
candidate like Obama gets in, the party powers-that-be will get to use
him as their puppet to continue business as usual. On the other hand,
the Clintons are so knowledgeable concerning how the Executive Branch
should be run—From Day One!—that they won’t be needing the advice of
others.
An Obama presidency would surely be compromised because he has ZERO
executive experience. He would have to ask others how things should
be done. The Democratic Party leadership loves Obama’s inexperience!
They desperately want a weak President, whom they can control. But
folks, you can count on this: Hillary Clinton won’t be needing those
scoundrels at all!
Over a year ago, I learned that Barack Obama’s personality type is
wrong for a Chief Executive. An ideal President should be principled,
easy going, polite, diplomatic, and likable. Those qualities will
allow making the wise concessions needed at this important time in
America’s history. President Ronald Reagan exemplified those
qualities “Well…”! As I’ve mentioned before, I’m one of the top
graphologists in the world. Because of my talent for analyzing
handwriting, I can say—with confidence—that Hillary Clinton has those
same desirable personality qualities. But Barack Obama completely
lacks them!
It is most telling that the Obamas have just now decided to resign
from that “hate the USA” church of theirs. So, both of the Obamas are
lacking in moral judgment. For them, it has taken years to do what
most people would do in a heartbeat. Additionally, Obama has lacked
the moral judgment to insist that Hillary Clinton be treated fairly in
FL and MI. Far more hurtful to her than the robbing, this past
weekend, of half of her delegates in FL and MI, was the months of
delay by the DNC. That long delay allowed Obama to attract more of
his trademark “win at any cost” crowd… They have willingly kicked
dust in the face of democracy.
Obama’s crowd smiled in the same sick way that George Bush’s crooks
had smiled during the Florida vote-counting fiasco in the 2000
presidential election. If Obama had, immediately, been considerate to
those FL and MI voters—and to Clinton—he might have converted even me
to his side. But when I realized that the block-vote of the Blacks
for Obama didn’t care that he was morally weak, and would keep right
on voting for him, regardless, I knew that the USA would be in grave
danger… if Obama were to become President. Corruption in Washington
must STOP! Having a corrupt Barack Obama become President could well
be the final ‘straw that breaks the Camel’s back…’
In Mitchell, SD, Obama talked about his experiences during the SC
primary. In SC—which is my home state—he had promised a lady that he
would visit the city of Greenwood in order to gain her support. After
a one and a half hour drive in the rain, Obama met a “fired-up” local
politician. Apparently, that person’s mantra had the effect of
motivating Obama to try harder to win. Obama told the SD crowd that
the moral of his story was: “One person can make a difference in a
town, a state, a nation, and in the world.”
Coincidently, the latter is the EXACT reason that I have spent much of
the last twelve years of my life writing a New Constitution! Such
document will correct the glaring problems that our failed political
system can’t correct by itself. The corruption in government runs
muchtoodeep. But IF the mostly good-at-heart American people will
disregard their group-against-group, party-against-party, and class-
against-class divisiveness, there are OPTIMUM solutions that can
benefit the vast majority—not just the tiny “winners” in the petty
issues of the moment.
I am 1/16 American Indian. Because of that connection, I am a closest
living relative of pioneer Daniel Boone. Boone fathered a child with
a Shawnee squaw while he was held captive by the Shawnee. That
exceptional child, Kaziah, was my great, great grandmother! So, if
anyone can sense my PASSION
