False.  Daylight and darkness are 'equal' at the equator in the
sense you are talking about only at the equinoxes.

So,,as seasonal daylight/variations occur differently in both
hemispheres, how are you going to explain variations in daylight and
darkness at the Equator, the place which divides the hemispheres.

Given that you can actually see what is occuring from space as a
locartion turns slowly with respect to the central Sun ,going through
an entire 360 degrees over the course of an annual orbit,I would have
little to say to an individual who chooses to believe otherwise -

So what magical property has the Earth's axial tilt to keep pointing
in the same direction in space ,keep daylight/darkness equal at the
Equator yet have the Sun bob up and down by almost 47 degrees at the
Equator !!!!!!!!!!!.

You asked your question starting from a false premise.

Better still, use that part of your brain to go through the reason why
daylight/darkness does not vary at the Equator but varies further
North and South and becoming extreme at the polar axis

Daylight/darkness time does vary at the equator.  It is the same only
at the equinoxes.  At the solstices, the sun passes directly overhead
at midday on the tropic of Capricorn at one solstice, and on the
tropic
of Cancer at the other solstice.

So,how do you tilt the Earth to the Sun to achieve that remarkable
feature while keeping its orientation pointing to one point in space -

You really need to learn the facts before you develop theories based
on false premises.  You can easily see the things I am telling you
by acquiring a mounted earth globe (probably cheap on eBay); then
observing the globe as if you were at the sun, at the same height from
the floor as the center of the globe.  You will see that you are
looking

So buy you cheap globe and use it to show how Uranus oirbits the Sun
by keeping its rotational orientation point to a fixed external point
and therefore a location's orbital orientation changing to the central
Sun as part of its orbital motion.Practice it with any given
rotational orientation you want including 23 1/2 degrees as in 10
seconds you will learn why variable axial tilt to the orbital plane or
the Sun is a pseudo-dynamic.

directly at the equator when the earth's axis is perpendicular to your
line of sight, and directly at the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, at
each position 90 degrees left and right from your first line of sight.

With a little self-education such as this, you can understand the
simple facts about the earth's rotation about its axis, and its
rotation
around the sun.

Suit yourself,I have nothing to gain by being seen to argue with
people who can't make sense of actual observations such as the time
lapse footage of the Earth or Uranus in explaining the seasons. It is a
100 % geometric certainty that a location will turn through 360
degrees with respect to the central Sun,quite apart from axial
rotation, and take an entire orbit to do so.

After you have grasped these simple facts you will
be ready to learn about the 26000-year cycle of the 'precession of
the equinoxes'.  That will be exciting, but right now you are not
intellectually equipped to learn it.

You stick with your variable tilting Earth and be proud of it,do you
hear.,
