.It is a
100 % geometric certainty that a location will turn through 360
degrees with respect to the central Sun,quite apart from axial
rotation, and take an entire orbit to do so.
Any location rotates around the earths axis in approximately 24 hours.
The earths axis of rotation is inclined with respect to the orbital plane
of the earth by approximately 23 degrees and due to the rotational
inertial, points to approximately the same spot in the heavens.
Due to 'wobble' the axis wanders around, taking about 26,000 years to make
a wobble.
The earth's orbit is an ellipse and OUR [northern hemisphere's] winter
happens when the earth is closer to the sun than during our summer.
Our summer occurs when the northern hemisphere is 'tilted' toward the sun
so it receives the sun more vertically and for more hours of the day. At
the north pole, the sun never goes below the horizon at this time.
The southern hemisphere has its winter at that time because it receives the
sun's rays more obliquely and for less hours of the day, the south pole
receiving no sunlight at all during this time.
All of these facts are well known and taken into account by astronomers,
gradeschool students, and farmers, so exactly what are you trying to say
and why are you trying to say it?
