Don't be an idiot. The tilt of the earth's axis is fixed in space
(except for the 26000-year precession cycle which we can
ignore). But with respect to the direction of the sun, the earth's
north pole is sometimes leaning toward the sun, and half a year
later the south pole is leaning toward the sun. If you cannot
understand this elementary fact you should not be posting
in sci.physics .
