Do you even know what precession is? Or is this another
word for which you have your own private definition?

Do you understand what he is trying to say? If he is some
kind of visionary genius, I would hate to reject him due to
my own provincial biases.

I don't think anyone actually understands what he's
trying to say, as it seems to morph as soon as
someone gets close to pinning him down to a given
interpretation.

He seems to have some idea that the Earth's axis
is not (approximately) fixed in direction over the
year, but partakes of some extra motion that
results in the seasons. Now, why he would want to
invoke a motion that is both impossible (conservation
of angular momentum) and unnecessary (fixed axial
direction + orbit = seasons) is beyond me.
