As can be seen from the 1995 post of mine excerpted below,
although I have been posting about action and symmetry for years,
I still maintain that "rules" are man made,
and "control" man and man's thinking,
but "rules" have no affect on Nature.

Light is not a property, it is the interval between cause and effect.

Light does not exist in isolated ( Unobserved ) quiescent systems,
although such systems possess all properties, such as period, space,
mass and energy. Forces do exist between the bodies which comprise the
system, but these properties are not light.

If we observe some change in a body or system, we infer that it has
been affected by light ( More fundamentally, bosons. ) in some way. If
the "action" of the system increases, we infer that we are observing
some effect which was "caused" by some affect.

When we observe an effect, we look for a cause.
Sometimes we attribute an effect to a cause that is microns away and
sometimes we attribute it to a cause light years away. For example, we
attribute the decay of a neutron to a very close cause, while we
attribute starlight to a cause far away in time-space.

Now, both cause and effect involve integer amounts of change of
action.
Action has the property of angular momentum and units of "Planck's
Constant".

So, we observe a system change by an integer amount of action and we
call it an effect. We trace back the effect to places in time-space
and
look for correlations between the change of action in the effect and
the change of action in that portion of time-space. When we find a
large correlation, we assume that we have "discovered" our cause. (
And
if it proves out, we might even get a Nobel Prize. )

Although action comes only in integer amounts, it is a composite
property. We cannot observe action directly, but must compute it from
other properties, which are observable. When action is the product of
two properties, one of the properties is called a "conserved"
property,
and the other is called a "homogeneous" property.

also discusses the principle of "Least action".

Action is time multiplied by the difference between kinetic energy and
potential energy.
action = ( kinetic energy - potential energy) * time

Nature uses the least amount of action possible in affecting a change.
For example, light beams take paths of least action,
much as a person takes the path of least resistance
when walking through a park filled with trees and obstructions.

Action is a measure of the change exchanged between systems,
and it only occurs in discrete steps of Planck's Constant.
A false, but commonly held, notion
is that discrete amounts ( quanta) of energy are exchanged between
systems.

The quanta exchanged between systems is action.
The energy transferred between systems is a function of
both the quanta of action and the relative velocity between the
systems.
The amount of energy exchanged between systems is affected
by the relative velocity between the systems ("Doppler effect").

In 1658, Pierre de Fermat (1601-1665) stated ( Fermat's Principle)
that light traveling between two points seeks a path such that the
number of waves is equal.

In 1744, Pierre-Louis Moreau de Maupertuis (1698-1759) stated "in all
the changes that take place in the universe, the sum of the products
of each body multiplied by the distance it moves and by the speed with
which it moves is the least possible."

In 1748, Euler wrote that a system of bodies at rest will adopt a
configuration of least "effort".

About 1758 Joseph Lagrange (1736-1813) formulated a theory of least
action, and the concept of least action was rigorously stated by
William Hamilton(1805-1865).

Max Planck (1858-1947) elevated angular momentum to an important
position in fundamental physics when he postulated that the angular
momentum of atomic particles occurred only in integer steps and that
energy was conveyed from place to place in integer steps of angular
momentum ( Action).

Sam raises a good point
when he suggests that Einstein, with a proactive press,
really screwed up the works,
when they conned the masses into thinking
that changes were conveyed from causes to effects
in quanta of energy,
rather than in quanta of action.

More and more lies. Ldendorff transported Lenin in the "sealed train".
In fact it was a scheduled service from Zuerich to Petrograd (now St.
Petersburg). Ludendorff ensured though that Lenin could travel through
German/Austrian territory. They financed the Bolsevic movement.
Ludendorff could, according to British law, have been convicted as an

that Hitler who had teamed up with Ludendorff wanted to use the Jews
to divert attention from the murky past and the sealed train.

You say in your CV that you taught at a military college. I hestitate
to ask what you taught or what your influence was. At the technical
level I wonder how well they were taught matrix theory. The best way
to add velocities is to take the Lorenz matrix, take dx/dt etc and
then row into column. Different people might have their own
preferences though, this way is the least strain on memory.

However Holocaust denial is to me the most serious matter. This in
fact confirms all my worst fears about the military and the CIA. The
Iraq war was caused by CIA lies on WMD. I don't know whether Bush
could have gonre to war in the US without it. Tont Blair made it
absolutely clear in the House of Commons that without WMD the House
would never have sanctioned war.

Of course the Jews started the Iraq war did they not. No, I think the
Iraq war tells us something extremely serious and extremely alarming.
War and peace is not decided in the White House, it is decided in
Langley. Americans elect their fire chief and their sheriff. The
supreme arbiter of war and peace, the director general of the CIA is
unelected. The American people do not have a vote on the most vital of
issues.

And what happenned in Iraq? 4 million people ae displaced. 1.3 million
in Syria, 1 million in Jordan and the rest internally in Iraq.
Admittedly they are not all dead, a good many are though. The figures
are certainly comperable in scale to the Nazi Holocust, partivcularly
as Iraq is a relastively small country. Iraq (and the US) have
produced more refugees than ever Israel did.

They say the "surge" has reduced violence. It may have done. However
people are not rushing back from Syria and Jordan. Iraq is ethnically
clean and is likely to remain so. It is one of the major reserves of
bigotry thoughout the world.

The US miliary has compounded matters by behaving abomiably. In
Falluja the witnesses were smeared. The Arabic phrase is "beni al
kalb" the sons of dogs. You were a trainer of the sons of dogs. I have
called it the al kalb training. Al kalb is not taught matrix theory
properly and denies the holocaust. Senior officers who are responsible
are never court martialled. Binat are more likely to be court
martialled than other members of the set "beni". Two of the people at
Abu Graib were bints.

There is I understand desensitization training. The miliary pay lip
service to hearts and minds and then do something completely
different.

I believe that the main reason for the Iraq war is the Mallory reason.
The toys were there. It would have been better if relativistic
corrections had NOT been made on GPS. I believe that in view of this
Physicists should be careful in the support they give to the military.
Students should NOT embark on a career of military research if there
is any alternative. Students coming up from high school should choose
a college, again where possible, without military involvement.

They should NEVER be "good followers".

I believe in the theory of Relativity. What this thread has developed
into indicates a hidden agenda. This agenga is simply this.

After WW2 the US giovernment assured everyone that it was doing its
upmost to capture and bring Nazi war criminals to justice. In fact the
CIA set up "operation paperclip" whereby ex Nazis worked on the
projects (notably antigravity and Aldebaran) that they had worked at
in Germany.

Now the CIA did not consult any repuable scientists and if Relativity
is true (it just happens to be) it follows that the CIA were sold a
pup and that all the antigravity researchers, many of whom had
coommitted horrendous crimes, should have been at Nurenberg. This is
the long and short of it.

If a brilliant man is a wife beater, rapist or a criminal of any
description one asks the question "Can his crimes be overlooked for
the greater good?" Fact of the matter - there was no greater good.
That is what anti relativists will just have to get used to. It should
have been obvious at the time that they were simply spinning a yarn.

There is one further point. What about nazi influence in the CIA. All
the evidence points to considerable infiltration. McCarthy was really
a nazi and he got rid of good scientists and put neo nazis in their
place.

Dawkins talks about memes. He talks with particular reference to
religion although memes persist and spread in intelligence agencies
more effectively than they do in the general population. You see NNs
grant security clearances, NNs decide on who is to be promoted. The
memes persist. Secrecy increases the stability of memes as there is
little scrutiny in the selection process.

I don't know where your Jewish conspircacy ideas come from. They do
make a change from Apollo and explosive charges in the WTC. Well I do
know, the fact you got your job is evidence enough. You certainly did
not get it on pure scientific merit.
