Yesterday I watched Obama promising when elected to given every
working family earning $150,000 or less a $1,000 gift from the
taxpayers, "because they need this help". I really couln't believe my
eyes and ears. Today I found this gem on the CNN webpage.

Now I realize that this candidate can't tell the difference between
truth and a lie, but I hope that the many CNN viewere who watch this
campaign can. Is there no lie that Obama will not use in his desperate
attempt to become elected. I guess not.
This junior Senator will say anything if it gets him votes, no matter
is sinks to the depths of paying ignorant voters for their support.
I suppose that this goes hand-in-hand with the dumbing down of
America. Makes me glad that I am an older citizen, and in a few more
years won't even have to care.
Still, I find it hard to believe that this is happening in the United
States.
