No. A wormhole is a "bridge" linking any two sheets of a multi-
sheeted spacetime manifold.

Where did you come by that definition? It couldn't be more wrong. A
black hole is actually a region of spacetime where the gravitational
field is so strong that the escape velocity at every point therein
exceeds c.
