Light always moves at speed c (in a vacuum).
The M-M did no such thing.
Sorry, but it did. The velocity of the Earth through
space and due to axial rotation did not add to or subtract
from the speed of light from stellar sources.
Bounced light does not "measure speed" from the observers
point of view.
