I bet you're surprised that running at a train whistle changes
its pitch, eh Potter.
I am surprised to see that Sam Wormley
thinks that running at a train
changes the natural resonance of its' whistle.
Potter, from the perspective of the moving observer, the
natural resonate frequency is what is measured. Predicted
by the Doppler effect and special relativity.
It's the old perceived measurement trick.
Too bad it is a perceived change and not truly a physical
change of the whistle itself.
And if you want to be real tricky, you use the percieved
wavelength to prove that the speed of sound is constant to
all just like lightspeed is.
Too bad it is all perceived bull*** about the reality of the
whistle.
:)
Potter is unable to distinguish between what Sam 'believes' and what
Potter perceives to be Sam's beliefs.
