That to me is a public good.
And yes, I think it rational to suppose that media companies around
the world are freaking stupid, as I believe they are incredibly
stupid.
But with losses in the millions year after year from illegal copying,
which they supposedly don't like, it boggles the mind they could be
stupid on this scale that a free idea has been available for over a
year that solves the problem.
Then when you factor in that RealNetworks had a product with a piece
of that idea that was blocked by lawsuits from media people when the
solution to their objection has also been known for over a year then
you are in the world where the human race is made up of idiots.
I don't care who steals my ideas.
The point here my mentally challenged friend is that I can't even give
these ideas away which indicates with the millions in losses these
companies incur that I live in a world full of fools.
Now do you understand the problem?
Sure, the probem is that you aen't asking enough for it. Or maybe your
product isn't as great as you're insisting it is. In either case there
is a lesson in the following: Put something on dial-a-trade "to give
away" and you will lkely not move it. Ask ten bucks for it the next
day and the phone won't stop ringing.
People aren't all that complicated. Try putting yourself into thier
shoes. How smart can somebody be who wouldn't seek a profit for
something that has substantial market value? How good could the thing
actually be if it was spawned by an idiot? Now I'm not saying that you
are an idiot, only that people in general are, and that that's the
sort of logic that predomiates in this world. Since this is also the
conclusion you keep coming aroundto, then it seems you already knew
the answer.
BTW, if it isn't you who are the "mentally callenged," party here then
why is it that you are the one who is stumped?
