Itd be stupid to hand over a house deed and you not live in it.
If my back wasnt out of wack at the time ..last week id have went to
each house and tapped th nearest person on the shoulder and handed the
deeds over 1 at a time.
If you wannted an empty house in seattle look the abandoned houses and
building over on google.. then if it was autioned by state but didnt
sell ,get a relclamtion house or building form from the state and pay
the $ 100 fee for the free house .
Take a railyard or the junk yard full of cars abandoned .
Seattle has water front homes that didnt sell 50 years ago and are there
yet on the reclaimation list in the state or city. People dont get
reclaimation abandoned homes because they are ignorant and have no idia
what to do.
The work is getting the form number so you know what form number to ask
the state for.
Towns like namu alaska with its own hydraplant that has been running
still and works fine.
The lights in namu are still on.
The light on the dock hs bee on for 30 yyears without ever turning off.
The town blew my mind because its the only stores like the hardware
store is still stocked and evrything on the shelves and not a door in
town is locked yet homes with electric heat are still warm inside.
The rec;amaiton page on namu is 300 ex long.
