The floating balloon in a vaccuume wount turn as the earth rotates
..thats your agnle on earth.
And the disk allways spins east to west and included the earths rotation
when set.

The stobe and the dot are the angle east west.
the ball is your angle north south.

Its just simple as *** ,,its so simple even POTTER is having trouble
undestanding it.
But thats ok not too bad because SAM IS LOST.

WHY a sigless and who would use it !!

Where can you trust GPS and when ?
