No exchange in time is no energy exchanged.
That dont mean the energy is not there.
ALL photons are the SAME amount of energy at c . Time colides with
time or is displaced if any amount of the time line is longer then the
other its a photon jected again.
If the time line of the photon is too short the electrons time line
dont have time to react at c.
Nuetrons path wount let the electrons path react with it because it can
only react at c.
NOTE ,, time is the sum of any exchange.
