The OP may be an idiot but this is a ridiculous question. This
conversion would rarely need to be done, and when necessary,
calculation to a suitable amount of figures is easy. Since no
physical measurements are exact, there is absolutely no use for exact
conversioin factors with zero error.
Tell all the nuclear physicists that they can't use electron volts
because they can't tell you exactly how many ev are in a joule! SI
units are no less arbitrary than any others, as well, neither feet nor
meters is better in God's eyes.
Though angels may be partial to cubits:

Cubits: ambiguous; Who's arm?
Feet; egocentric: _My_ foot!
Meters: anti-egocentric; Nobody's arm or foot.
The creators of metric system deliberately sought a unit length which
had no hint of being anthropocentric -- for measurements to be done by
humans. Duh!
