You haven't provided any evidence that this is true.
You argument concerning the Curie temperature is wrong. The
magnetic field probably wouldn't flip if the temperature at the core
was cold. That is basically what I am trying to have you admit. This
is a statement you make again and again. You claim that the high
temperature somehow prevents flipping. However, in fact the high
temperature does the opposite.
You try to say stuff contrary
to what I am posting. I like uranium in the core. But its not in the
books all that much. I like gold in the core, lead in the core, and not
just iron-nickel   Bert
The change in material won't prevent flipping, even if you were
right. If the core were liquid uranium, the magnetic field could still
flip. If the core were liquid gold, the magnetic field could still
flip. You bring up the different materials as a way of changing the
subject. In fact, a high temperature makes it easier for the magnetic
field to flip.
This is because a permanent magnet resists flipping. Our claim
is the earth is not a permanent magnet. What is fun isn't the points
where you are probably wrong. You may be partially right in some
specific facts. What is fun is that make a claim that is illogical,
and therefore can't possibly be right.
Read your own posts. You are claiming that the earth is not a
permanent magnet because of the high temperature at the core.
According to you, this means that the earth does not flip poles. That
is exactly what you claim.
