It's not an allegation, it's a simple fact. scott openly admitted to
lying and concealing evidence.

Which is why scott lied, both to us, and to people reading his
website, about the existence of a report analyzing the piece of metal
alleged to be the cause of the hypothesized short. (snort)

He's been asked multiple times over the past years. Dodging the
answer once is forgetting something. Failing repeatedly to answer a
repeated question is a very different matter.

Lass, scott has openly admitted to concealing evidence. He stands
convicted on his own testimony.
